Chi Chi is an antagonist on Pikachu adn Waffles Adventures
Biography
Chi Chi was born in an alley. It is unown what she is or where exactly she was born. She seems to have been born out of nowhere. Chi Chi was found by Crack Bear and sold as a slave. Crack Rat bought her because she reminded him of one of his old friends. Since then she has lived a happy, but harsh and dangerous, life with Crack Rat. The two scam everyone together and are best buddies.
Personality
Chi Chi is a quiet little thing. She hangs out with Crack Rat and helps him scam people. However Chi Chi rarely says much during these scams and just sits back and watches her boss do the work. Chi Chi is Crack Rat's slave girl. She must do everything he tells her to do or else bad things will be done to her by Crack Rat which usually involve rape and molestion. She is slightly rebellious and doesn't always follow his exact orders.

- She is very similar to Gonzo from the Muppets.
- Chi Chi's plush is ment to have a mane for her hair, however it seems to have more of a mowhawk.
- Chi Chi's name means udder or milk in Japanese.
